Does anyone know where the wiper modual is on a 90 SC? I know it's under the dash, dam'f I can find it. Need to get the wipers going for the inspection.

Ford Evtm says "Interval Governor.....Below L/H side of Instrument Panel, L/H side of steering column"

It's behind the panel that's below the steering column. Remove the plastic trim panel carefully so as not to brake its plastic tabs, then remove the steel plate behind it, and you will see it to the left of the steering column.
 
interval governor

thanks; I went right to it with your help. Unfortunately still no wipers. I've replaced the multi switch with a used one. Now it's on to the wiper motor.
