    DIS module testing?

Ok I cant figure this out every DIS module I get tests out bad from Auto Zone. I need to find a way to test these my self. I have gotten 3 from pep boys and 1 from Napa and i don't think all Four could be bad out of the box. The last one that I got from Pep boys I brought it to auto zone before I even put it in the car. So now I'm not sure if the tester at auto zone could be broken. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it

    Thanks John

I can't even get my local stores to test them.

I test by swapping them out, with several starts cold and hot and then putting them to drive-use over a couple days. Dead ones are obvious, but it's the ones that are heat sensitive/marginal that are tough to spot. Those seem to miss at idle or act up when starting. If they are questionable at all, I either keep them for dissection or toss them out.

In your case, you might need to test them on a car that is known to have no ignition issues.

The Autozone tester is bad. Their wiring harness is pinned backwards.

This seems to work, be careful cause I think me crossing pins is what is causing my current problem (though Dave doubts this, we'll see in a couple weeks).
