Additional 2014 dyno information

When Wzenheimer and I dyno'd our cars this year, Kurt Sunday held a boost gauge in the bottom corner of the frame of my GoPro while I recorded. I thought it was pretty cool, so I built a rig with a 2.5" 30 psi boost gauge I had laying around.

I'm not sure exactly how to mount this to the portable dyno yet, but if you would like a video with the boost gauge showing your boost, you will need to have an accessible port or line that can be teed into for the reading.

Kurt,

Are you planning to mount the camera and boost gauge rig to the car while its still on the ground and remotely start the camera when it's up on the dyno ?

I'm thinking of mounting it to the dyno, which I know could be a problem. Not sure how I'd mount it to people's cars...maybe I'll dream something up in the next couple of days.

It's possible that this idea might not even work with the portable dyno.
