I am not sure if its been discussed n i just havent read it but to do the rear cobra upgrade is there a way to use the calipers pads n rotors for the cobra on our cars. If so what years would i be looking for

Doing that would be a downgrade. Our calipers and pads are better than the cobra ones. Just use the aluminum relocation brackets sold by XR7Dave, and a set of 93+ MN12 rear calipers.

For the fronts, get a hub and bearing assembly for a 94+ Mustang. For the rears, the hub and the bearing are 2 separate pieces, so you will need new MN12 wheel bearings and for hubs your best bet would be to get your MN12 hubs re-drilled to the 5x4.5" bolt pattern. If you don't want to do that, you need 99 Cobra rear hubs, which are long since obsolete from Ford, so they will be hard to find, and expensive when you do find them. Starting in 01 the Cobra went to a 31 spline hub, which will not work with the MN12 axles, so the 99 Cobra hubs are a 1-year only part.
