How do I know which blower I have?

When I traded for my sc, I opened the trunk and there was a sc with pulley.
The Bird is a 92. The car has a sc on it, and it is running. Are there any markings on the sc to determine what year the sc that was in the trunk is?
It seems to be good. The rotors turn without problem.

Thank you,

Do you have a pic of the back of the supercharger?

Is the inlet to the case round/oval or rectangular/squared off? Late is rectangular.

Any part numbers you can spot?

To clarify. What I have is the case and rotors.
The inlet on the back of the case is a rounded corner rectangle.
The only numbers I can find are 32673 and 91 F.
I still haven't figured out how to post pics, so no pic.

Thank you,

If it looks just like this, it is a late model supercharger...

There are a couple ways to tell what year you have.

1.) If there is no blower top on the unit - if the area with the V is Flat or if it is humped up...if it's flat you have a 94/95 unit ... If humped it's an 89-93

2.) Rear inlet area - if oval 89-93 ... if rectangular 94/95

3.) Coated rotors usually equal 94-95 ... uncoated 89-93

Tim,

Mine is an 89 to 93. It has the oval inlet.

Thanks for the pic.
