Removed dealer tag/ decal to find two small holes... Help!

I just bought an 89 SC with 39k miles 5 speed. Beautiful car! White exterior, beautiful flawless deep red leather interior. This is the second SC I've owned. I don't like to leave the auto dealership decal on my cars.

I removed this one, it came off pretty easily, as it was the consistency of a jelly sticker. Low and behold beneath it are two tiny holes (left side of trunk lid) probably from original dealership tag. What should I and how should I fix the holes?
I live in Tucson, AZ and it is/will be garage kept. I'm just worried that paint will chip off if exposed as well as possible moisture intrusion if and when it rains.

Any of you run into this? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Amanda

Not much with out body work and paint. I welded the holes shut in mine then painted. If you cant do the work, maybe a body shop can do it for you.

Hide them, with one of these...

Check out Dan's Paint and body on 22nd and Alvernon Way.

Thanks, I'll check them out.

Just getting re-acquainted with the SC World. I would love to know how many are in Tucson... Is there a way to search on SCCOA for members in your area?
