Just dusted off the bird getting ready for the shootout. It's been sitting for several months. Anti-lock and Brake lights are both on, pedal is hard as a rock. Can I unstick something?

Try replacing the ABS relay - but don't allow the pump to run very long or risk burn out.
Relay should be over by the EEC test connector - I think the brown one (out of two or three, depending on).
It's not a module, just a typical relay.
See this thread: http://www.sccoa.com/forums/showthre...ight=abs+relay
It probably is the relay. Also check the motor fuse. If it's blown, then probably the pump motor has a problem.
God bless!!!
Former Birds:
1990 SC auto ... red outside, gray cloth inside ... ~225,000 miles ... Sold.
1990 SC auto ... white outside, gray cloth inside ... ~150,000 miles ... wrecked.
1989 Base auto ... Crystal Blue metallic outside, dark blue inside ... ~160,000 miles ... Sold.
If the pump runs its the accumulator ball if not it probably has a bad pressure switch or pump motor
