1989 school Auto needs love

I have a 1989 thunderbird super coupe the body is in great shape would be perfect for a restoration! It does not run but it has been garage kept nearly it's whole life! I would like to get 4500 obo for it I just don't have the time to mess with it considering I don't know a whole lot about It! It has a lot of potential and is a great car! Has about 164000 miles on the original motor and transmission.
