    Why? What's wrong?

    Stock pulleys?

You'll have to open the cooling system, so are there any other reasons to do that? Do you know how to bleed the air out when done?

Why are you looking to replace the belts? What wrong with the ones you have now? Are they out of range on the tensioners?

I see - might be good to check the idlers/bearings and tensioners while you're in there.

I run a mix of Dayco and Goodyear belts - more risk of overpaying than there is of getting a bad product these days, I think. RockAuto sells name brand belts for next to nothing for our cars at times, but the shipping risks diluting the benefit. Check here for discount codes if you go that route.
