Well we have been working hard and long to make this year a great time for all. Here is where we stand right now... We have got the hotel lock down. There is plenty of trailer parking for everyone both on the lot as well as in front of the hotel. We have a meeting room all set. we have the ok to cook out for a lunch deal. we also have the entire back half of the hotel all to our self's..
So we have addressed the 1]trailer parking, 2]food, 3]tbu raffle and 4]cost so what else do we need??
Here is where we stand.. trailer parking for ten combo's and then more parking in back BUT you will have to un hook.
We can cook on the grounds without any issues as long as we are done outside by 10 pm ish..
We have a meeting room inside for the tbu raffle that is our's all weekend long.
We were able to keep the room rate at $109 per night for two queen beds..same as last year..
BUT this is a newer hotel that was just redone with a microwave & ref in every room.
The whole place was just redone and there is a indoor pool, hot tub and work out center.
So as you can see we have been working to make this a great event. you can get your room set aside by calling the hotel at 262-884-0200 and telling them you are with the "mid west bash" group. The hotel is the Country inn& suites and they are located at 13339 hospitality court Sturtevant wi 53177
Any questions feel free to ask and again the dates are sept 20th to the 22nd 2019....

forgot something else

They also have a FREE breakfast every morning for us to enjoy... Got to love free food....
Some other things the dyno is just 14 miles away by freeway, the cruise place for sat night is only 12 miles away again by free way and the race track is also 12 miles away All of this is freeway and that makes it very easy to get to and from...See you all this sept.....

Rich,
I linked the 3 threads I found with the most information about the event over at TCCoA https://forums.tccoa.com/3-upcoming-events/188725-2019-midwest-bash-milwaukee-wi.html. I suggest that a single thread be created and updated with all of the pertinent information--then that thread can be modified as needed with updated information.

Thanks Kurt.

Below is a link to the sticky post that will have all the current information continuously updated on the first post.
