Not doing anything until after March. Hoping to fix driver door hinges and ceramic coat the headers. I still don't know the cause of my intermittent tach issues, but hoping reduced underhood temperatures will help.

    Oh Jacob...that's nasty!

Mine looked just like that when I pulled the original motor @ 240k in 2007 though.

I'm making progress finally....I moved the car into the garage!

Also, making progress on Tom's car! lol

Asking for a friend....What do you guys think an acceptable # of street miles or hours on a car coming out of a basically a two-year down-time should be?

Jacob - that car is close to the color I thought hard about using on my SC. I was thinking more of a charcoal metallic at one time. I'll probably just stick with black ....gloss or semi-gloss tho?

Needs to be back on the road first though...it's been lazy for the last two years.

I think that can be arranged

Tom's heads are done, so now I just need to sell a vehicle and install a bathtub...I'll probably start sneaking some work in on the SC anyway though.

    Want help pulling the motor?

you can get one to use from auto zone or from some of the other auto parts stores most of the time for FREE.... good luck....Rich
Too many cars, too little time to drive them. Anything less than 500 cubes is a small block. If you slow down in life you will get run over..
