It does need some TLC. It runs. Starts right up. Cannot be driven because it has a bad brake booster so it wont stop. I think it also needs a valve cover gasket. Rear Side glass Needs to be replaced. I do not know what else it needs. You would have to come check it out. I can deliver the car also with a tow to a certain distance in the tri state area only and some parts of PA. Anywhere else, the buyer is responsible.
