where can I buy some valvetrain parts???

I was wondering where i could find some Chrome-moly push rods, and double valve springs?? Any good places I cna go to that will be fairly cheap. I am rebuilding and I want to run a more agressive cam, and I need these items along with Arp Head bolts. I e-mailed dr. fred about a million times but he never returns my e-mails...so if anyone knows his house address or a number where I can reach him somehow that would be great. Thannks alot guys??? I will let you all know what I run wit all the new internals.

I just got some Trick-flow one piece chromoly pushrods from Summit, you have to get a set of 16 but it's only $84. These are essentially the same pushrods as Comp Hi-tech, at a much lower cost. I heard that Comp, Trick-flow, and a few others are really exactly the same, all made by the same manufacturer, but who knows.

For ARP head studs do a search here and you should find the part number for the Chevy set that fits the SC - they are available from Summit cheaply, like $75 or so.
