Car won't start. OPINION???

I had the broken balancer, broken bolt, etc, which I fixed with BHJ balancer, ASP underdrive pulleys, mustang bolt and washer. I did not replace the crank position sensor. Car ran fine. I just replaced the supercharger pulley with a ESM 5% pulley, and car ran great...... until it stalled, and was very difficult to restart. I got the car home, and it will not start. Last nite I checked codes with my "paper clip" scan tool (after I cleared the computer...MISTAKE). The scan revealed on the check engine light:
*..*....*..*..........*..........*..*.....*..*
(*= flash, .= pause)
Looks to me like code 11 (system pass) .
My shift light stays on when cranking (sign of bad crank sensor?). With my "scan tool" connected, there is no shift light.
Does this indicate a bad crank sensor?

Ya, usually it does mean that if car won't start at all. You can see if it is just out of alignment. Maybe it has to much of a gap and a simple adjustment will fix it.
