It's set at 70, but I play a lot of games with the vents. 3500 sq. ft. is a lot of space to heat with forced air. The first vents out from the heater are closed. That way, hotter air gets a little further from just kitchen which is a warmer, internal room anyway.

If we didn't have young kids upstairs (both less than 3 years), it'd be back to 68 or so at night. But, they can't regulate themselves with blankets yet, so I'll keep it a little warmer. For now. :p

It goes back and forth like the boost gauge, depending on who's hot, who's cold and how long it takes to boot the dog out the door.

I got programmable thermostats. They’re set at 68 when were home and 64 when were at work or sleeping. This is a must in New England and a Big Money Saver here. They’re a cinch to install as well.
