What about specifying overdrive allowance? Stock pulley diameter only?

How can we tell if a blower has been ported/modified anyway?

OD pulleys are allowed on a non-ported blower. If someone protests, it is a minor job to pull the top and check for porting. Protests should only be allowed against the top 3 finishers. (I believe this is a general competition rule in most forms of racing) . This should be written into the general rules if people feel it is important enough.

Same goes for the nitrous rule. If a person decides not to use the nitrous then the bottle must be removed. This belongs in the General Rules as a suggestion. I will post it there also.
