possible intercooler score

i may score this intercooler for cheap , very cheap 100-150 , will it be worth it? im gonna take the measures tomorrow, but i snapped a pic of it. will i gain anything? and how do you connect the sc top and plenums to a different ic ?

where and what kind of tubes do i need? please help with eveything that involves using a fmic

That looks like a nice IC. Who made it? to connect the Tubes to the sc top, you have to take the collar nut off. it's pretty easy. with the upper tube off, you can see inside of the top is a nut that holds the big collar on, simply back that nut off and the collar is no more. as for gains, i dunno what kind of HP you will pick up, but the car will run MUCH more consitently due to that big IC being able to keep the inlet temps down without getting heatsoaked
