    blown head gasket question

I have a 1989 Super coupe that has a suspected blown head gasket. It is blown in a way that it is leaking coolant into the exhaust and not the engine. It isnt leaking much and I dont see any performance change. Is there any thing to buy to re-seal the gasket so that I dont have to change it? any help will be appreciated.
