89-93 and 94-95 SC pistons interchangeable?

Wondering if I could use '95 pistons on '92 rods? Anyone?

The '95's have a bit more compression, and a better skirt design, so I'm told.

Trying to do a good rebuild and save a few bux, I can't afford the forged stuff!

Jeramie, the 94-95 are full floating pins where the early years are not, so I believe you need to use matching rods as well. I may know of someone with a full set of pistons and rods available if you cant find any elsewhere.
