Need Help EEC Tuning (Tip-in)

Alright guys, i finally got my air/fuel squared away except my tip-in. It seems to spike slightly to around 16.5-17:1. This only last under 2 tenths of a second however. I trying playing around with my accel vs tps table, and had no luck there. I changed the accel table to these values as well:

Here is a screen shot of a 3rd gear pass at WOT. As you can see it is exactly what i commanded ( 12.1:1), but the tip-in is off. (A/F top row, bottom row TPS) Can you guys help me figure out what to change. I dont really understand the throttle rate, and how to know which number to change in the accel table. Besides that i think i'm getting the hang of it.

On a lighter note i changed my fuel tables to command 11.5 :1 and it does exactly what i comand. So i know my MAF fuctions is dead on. When i command 11.5, it does. I pulled the octane plug to make a nitrous run (65hp). With the plug pulled (retard 4 deg) and a commanded ratio of 11:0, the car dials in at 10:1. With the ignition not retarded, it dials in at 12:1. So i'm thinking with 2 deg retard ( like the manual says for a 65 shot) then i should hit 11:1 like i command.

These are just a few questions in my head, but my major concern is my tip-in. Any help would be great guys.
