Brake pedal - Gas pedal interference

I don't remember having this problem on a car before. After braking during cornering, I slide my right foot over to the gas pedal to accelerate. On my SC, either the brake pedal travels too far down, or the gas pedal is sitting too high up, but the right side of my shoe catches on the left side of the gas pedal. Any way to change the position of the gas pedal? Maybe I should just redo my brakes so there's less pedal travel.

The problem is that the soles of your shoes are to thick! Go to PayLess and get some regular old, non-fancy sneakers. Problem cured!!!!!!!!!!!
