My 91 SC

I Just bought my SC three weeks ago, it hasd been in the garage for the past six years. It has 42,000 miles on it, and its my dream car. I sold my 97 mustang to get it, but it seems to run so hot it's always in the middle or a little over and in my mustang that means hot. also the power steering is really loud and the fluid is full. Can anyone help my husband is useless when it comes to cars. Thanks Jeanette Rangel
