5 Speed Conversion

I'm looking for all the parts that are included in a 1990 AOD to 5-speed M5R2 conversion. Here are a list of the parts:

1 - Clutch pedal assembly
1 - clutch plate
1 - pressure plate
1 - pilot bearing
6 - flywheel bolts
6 - pressure plate bolts w/shoulders
1 - slave cylinder w/throw-out bearing
1 - Turned flywheel
1 - M5R2 tranny
1 - Clutch master cylinder
1 - Clutch hydraulic line
1 - Clutch pedal position switch
1 - 5-Speed drive shaft
1 - 5-Speed crossmember
1 - 5-Speed separator plate
1 - 5-Speed wiring harness
1 - 5-Speed weather boot
1 - 5-Speed center console beauty plate
1 - Set of insulation pads for around shifter
1 - Fluid Reservoir

If anyone knows any other parts I need, please let me know. I'm specifically looking for a free donor car that you'll never use again, or that you're just looking for a coupe hundred bucks to get rid of. Specifically in the Chicagoland area, if not, it's not a problem. Tranny shape doesn't matter. Any mileage.

i have m5r2 tranny, with clutch, fly wheel,spacerplate, clutch & brake petals,
drive shaft, slave cylinderwith hydraulic fluid reservoir,pressure plate,driveshaft
and i might have crossmenber. i will take $400.00 plus the cost to ship.tranny does need new shifter, old one shot.

If needed, I have a brand new Ford hydrualic line still in the wrapper. This part is no longer available.
