Which one would you want. I just watched some special on the new Evo Viii and the C6. The Evo is one quick monster and competes with slight modification with some of the quicker lambo's and porsches out there  . Then again, i heard that the C6 could be considered a supercar for what it puts out. So which one would you want, if you had to shell out the $$$

Dont get me wrong the EVO is an awesome car but I have a lot of respect for the tried and true pushrod motor in the C6, and I really like the redesign they got. The EVO looks like a boy racer go-cart while the Vette resembles a supercar. I also like the fact that the C6 makes its power without a blower or a turbo.

i really hate both cars equal but the vette gets my vote for the simple fact of rwd and the fun factor.it is really hard to blow a corner sideways with awd so it would have to be the vette if i had to by only one of them. other then that if i won either one they would be instant trade in material.

I buy amercian, end of story. Our economy is hurting bad enough from so many people switching to foreign cars. I am going to go out on a limb here and say, "You don't see anyone from japan driving around in Corvettes or chevrolets at all for that matter."

Our country should be the same way, but thats my opinion.

Man I go sideways in corners all the time, but the grip that's there is so different, it never feels like it will snap oversteer when I bring it back around.

Amen. I'm not a real Vette lover, but if forced to choose, I would always choose a domestic. (even if it were between the Evo and an Escort) Although I live in Canada, I work for the Ford Motor Company, and watching thousands of American/Canadian jobs go overseas or to Mexico because of unfair trade policies in North American and Asian auto markets pisses me off!

If I had to I guess it would be the Vette. I agree whole-heartedly about buying American. Of course if I were to win one in a contest I would take the money value over the vehicle itself. With that kind of cash I could have the world's fastest SC, and make either of those cars choke on my exhaust as I dust 'em.

Evo motors DO NOT crank walk. Crank walk issues with the 4g63 were limited to 7 bolt motors mostly in the 2nd generation DSM.

I am not a vette lover at all, but I am an American, and will never own anything but an American car. I wish everybody had the same views and we would not be in the shape we are in now if they did.
