So, I bought a Cobra R hood from age classic on Ebay throught there listing on the ebay store (age2003). I sent them the money via paypal and they recieved it. I figured shipping was 2-4 weeks. I was in no rush to get the hood then so I just hung back for a month. It was nearing the end of October and I was wondering whats up with the hood. On Oct 31st I emailed age2003 through ebay with my concerns-a few days past with no reply. A few days a go I emailed them again and still no reply. I just emailed my third letter today from my own email account, not through ebay. And this is what I said...

I bought a 89-93 Thunderbird Cobra R hood from you on Ebay in early September (purchase # ********). The money way sent to you by Paypal and recieved on Sept. 14th. I then recieved a positive feedback statement from you. Thank you. But, it is now November 8th and I still have no hood nor has their been any communication nor costomer service on your companies part. The ebay listing says to allow 7-10 days for shipping after recieving payment. That would have been Sept. 24. I had assumed the shipping time was about 4-6 weeks, but after re-examining the listing I'm shocked to see 7-10 days I would have contacted you sooner! I have emailed you twice through ebay in the past two weeks and have had no reply from you. I would very much appreiciated an email with the status of my purchase--when will I be recieving it. It would also be any extremely great jesture on your companies part to help me recoupe the time lost and because of the abscense of any measure of customer service and communication with your customer to please remove the shipping charges.

I was going to also call Age Classic tomorrow. Do you think that is a good idea or should I wait a few more days?...or contact ebay about there complete lack of a decent business practice? I am trying to stay as cordial as possible, but it is really starting aggrivate me.
