Anyone know where I can get all the replacment side moldings other than a ford warehouse? Direct from Ford its going to be close to $300

I have one driver side quarter molding. It's new, but I've had it for years. If you want it you can have it for $25 shipped.

Another option is to use aftermarket moulding. I've seen some that look really close to the stock moulding. The biggest thing is that the stock moldings are terminated on the ends with smooth caps whereas your aftermarket ones have to be cut and so consequently don't have as nice of an end on them. Body shops should have access to this kind of moulding.

I got some newer moldings off a 94 from a junk yard for $10.00 I just have to paint them and get some new adhesive and line them up.

That's not what he's asking about. Those are ground effects. The side moldings are rubber black strips adhered to the side of the 89-93 cars. The 94/95 had body colored ones that are much shorter and rounded ends.
