Ted Lyons had his hood custom made and I have the mold. I don't know what all is involved, but I think it could be used.

I may ressurect the project but for now it's dead.

To get it moving again, I would need a hood to use for forming the mold.

    Sorry
I know a couple folk in the Detroit area that might be able to come up with a hood. interested?

I worked with VFN to make the 96/97 cowl hood. It wasn't the biggest hit on the planet, but I see more of them on the road than the cervini style around IL.

I would be willing to work with you and VFN to develop another fiberglass and carbon fiber hood. You can have either if you have the coin.

If interested drop me a line and we can proceed. We need 10 hoods of ANY style and ANY model to get a discounted price on the hoods. Pin on hoods are cheaper than bolt on.

PS, I am SURE we can take heat extractors from another hood and mold them into the style that Cobra SC had.

For the fun of it I called Rob from Fiber Concepts. He was in Florida picking up a car. I informed him that there is some interest in carbon fiber here and emailed him the link. He said the process is different. But he will look into it when he returns next week.

Thanks for making the call I could be dreaming here but would anyone else be interested in a Cobra R hood in CF?
