New trans on its way

I just bought a 2 speed Lencodrive with Lever shift this a neat unit with trans brake mounted in front on the trans and electrically operated by soleniod to the valve body which compresses the trans brake clutch pack. This is a very strong light weight unit. I will be selling the AOD that has ran 11.0's and 10's and 9's very strong until with 4500 stall converter and trans brake like to sell to a Calif SC'er if interested e-mail me at j.demmitt@att.net


Also For Sale soon is my CMRE only two made 15% Cogged drive complete unit with 2 sets of belts if your an all out drag racer this is a great setup to have

I thought you just installed a C4 and the car was race ready :confused:

Which reminds me, did you get to run on January 26th as originally planned? It didn't sound like the car was going to be ready in time though, so I guess you will be looking to T&T over the next 2 weeks before the race on the 18th??

Yes I do have the new C4 we had a problem with when testing it we got it back and back in the car. This Lencodrive is for my new shortblock we are building and its big with the 1/2 inch Crankshaft Specialist stroker crank. I got a good deal on the Lencodrive 2 speed. We have it planned out the new combo to reach 8 seconds. I talked about it on Mannys Nitrous post a few times its going to be way more powerful than it is now. We will be at the track in a few weeks to nail that 9.50et

The Lencodrive is the best way to go if you want to run fast it is the strongest converter driven trans built. Its light and they build the bellhousing to any pattern and I like the lever shift you can get air shifted as well. What is geat about it is you can change to any gear ratio you want its built just like a Lenco 4 speed but converter driven

We are going to make a backup run for the HDC and FDC Non-Nitrous V6 record this weekend after that will pull it out. The new Lencodrive is going in and the tested C4 will go up for sale complete with converter if still intetested e-mail me at j.demmitt@att.net thank you

Yes the Lencodrive and new short block are going in the heads will be freshend up with new lighter valve springs. We are going to change the IC as well and a few other things. This setup now we reached its max performance numbers it may go a bit quicker. The new short block has more CI and 1/2 stroke we changed the compression ratio and cam is much bigger


We injoy what we are doing going faster there is no big money in this and Dan likes testing his new computer and injection ideas on the car. Its a test toy and we are happy its where its at today in performance numbers

Are you going to be using the 3.8 new short block or something different?

Is the original motor still intact or did you blow it up? What tranny are you running right now?

I am going to run my new stroker 3.8V6 short block with the Lencodrive the original 3.8V6 my dad built its still in the car with C4 trans. With this new combo the car will run a lot quicker and faster closer to the 8's if not in it. I want to leave the original JDS short block as it is its done a great job in performance and staying together through all these hard runs. The first 9 second run and near mid 9's my dad built an amazing engine to servive this effort now its time to put this more powerful combo in the Bullet and see how far our performance effort will take it
