    I can already find a 3.08 open diff, i do not need one, i need 3.08 diff with tracloc

    still looking.

    just use a standard 8.8 diff from a straight axle car.....remove the circlips from the axles, and you should be fine..

    Geez, if I've seen this thread once, i've seen it 100 times. Ok, I'll sell you mine if you making a purchase is even possible!! 3.08 differential with trac-lok out of a 93 Thunderbird 5.0 V-8. This car had 74,000 miles on it when I wrecked it. I have never opened the diff up. Posi always worked just fine, so I never had a reason to open it up. It is a cast iron diff with the typical aluminum cover. I've had it sitting around with no love for 3 years, just a good back-up for me. Shoot me an offer. I don't know what their worth on the market. I just know how much new gears would cost me if I had to replace mine verses throwing this complete piece in.
