    Lower Intercooler Temp Without Fmic

there is a kit available from the HOLLEY PERFORMANCE to quickly lower your intercooler temps for your supercharger. instead of remounting and buying expensive relocation kits, if its use for drag racing why not add the looks of a stylish bottle in the trunk, this can also be added on to an exsisting nitrous kit for some extra performance, just need a bigger bottle and a silinoid.

Several people here have tried using Co2 to do the same thing and it didn't work very well...nitrous will do much more cooling when sprayed into the motor.

I wonder if it would work to break a heat soaked intercooler on the dyno?

For the amount of time you need it run on the dyno, you can save yourself the time and expense and just hit it with your little red CO2 extinguisher right before the run.
