1.89 for 93 octane and 1.99 for 94 at Sunoco down the street here in Veron, CT. 94 goes on sale for 1.89 on Wednesdays. Stop and Shop still has 93 at $1.78. I should go fill up this Wednesday before the increase.

i just went looking for gas. I have decided to set the alarm for 3:00am so I can avoid th 1 1\2 hour wait in line. I'm also going with reg unleded and removing the sc belt for a bit. No hot rodding this week. I STILL HATE ARIZONA!!!

Running with 87/89? Not this guy! A penny saved on gas is a dollar wasted on engine parts. Octane boost reg gas isn't cost effective.

You can remove the octane plug, this reduces timing by 2-4 degrees and allows you to run lower octane gas. Just don't get on it.

To add insult to injury....

man, that gas shortage has got to suck bad!
i was watching ch. 12 news this morning and they were doing a remote from a gas station. the wait in line was like 1 hour long and they were charging ~4.50 per Gallon!

Andrew
P.S. Gas is still $1.68 for 91 octane

ok i found out what to do.... Just go out at 1 or 2 in the morning and the lines go alot faster. Texaco at 19th and Union Hills has unleaded for $2.05 and Diamond Shamrock at I-17 and Union Hills has unleaded for $1.99. But i'm telling you, just go out in the morning, i waited 10min, and they let me fillup.
