Header bolts torque values and other stupid questi

I'm using the "Grade 8" brand locking header bolts on the Kooks headers. I've coated all the bolts with anti sieze, and wonder what torque value I need to use on the final tightening.

Also, what kind of lube should I use on the O rings to ease in new injectors?

And I've had a terrible thought after I re-installed to motor. The Flywheel bolts Are reusable, right?
