How is drivability affeted with this setup?

Is the strength of this unit reduced?

Is there a downside to this setup?

Anyone know what the weight difference is?

I read the post in the member forum, and not too much info....

thanks!

There is no rear tubular kmember built for our cars. I am not sure of the weight savings but I think its in the neiborhood of 50 pounds off the front of the car. Randy should be able to give you a much better answer than I.

This K-Member and my other parts have cost me to many
problems from other members.

I have given the address.I don.t want to hear all the crap
& abuse from a very few jealous older members.
So I have no more info.

There are other members that do not want parts introduce
for the SC/XR7 .Unless they get to do it,and make a profit
from it.

If you want info call ANTHONy,A.J.E. owner

Thanks Randy

I thought one of the points of these forums was for us to learn as much about our cars as we can. You can't make everyone happy.........

So you're going to deny the majority to please the few........something about that doesn't seem right.

Of course this is just my opinion.

There is a tubular front k-member as Randy has pointed out. While it might not be clear from his words, it's not as simple as just bolt the k-member on and away you go.

There isn't a tubular rear k-member specific to our application. There is a tubular rear subframe built for the Mustang Cobra cars with independant rear suspension. In theory, such a part could be made to work with our car, but not without effort.

Any weight savings will still be far from equaling the weight of a Mustang. Our entire chassis is larger.

If you search the forums on the AJE piece you might find more info. Otherwise if you are truely interested, your best bet is to call AJE directly.

After the two last post ,I rest my case about parts and abuse.
One bad mouths me.The other has misinformation.

I now know again that I should have not responed about my
involvment in any parts.
