gears

my 90 xr7 is a 5spd, so im assuming 3.55 or 3.27 gears...
where can i get em from?

You will want no more than the 3.27's, first gear is short enough with them, the 3.55's would be nuts. Get them through Ford Racing Performance parts, or any local shop should be able to get gears to fit Ford's 8.8inch rear end.

Yah I just found what I needed on SCP.com, and hey Big Cat Davo how much did you spend on those parts, I'm impressed with your time. I am just trying to put a list together for mods that will make a difference and are worth the $.

I have about 4000 into the car. Best bang for the buck . . . exhaust . . . get it opened up, the stock resonator and stock downtubes/cats are horrible. After that add a 5% pulley a 5% Jackshaft pulley and SCI aluminum underdrives. Should net you some decent times. Some of that 4K in my case was spent on a spare set of XR7 rims and BFG Drag Radials.
