Rally Dixie 2012

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, that I'm finally going to do something that I've been talking about for years!

http://youtu.be/QclL-vbankc

Just seeing if anyone might have an interest in helping a good cause. In June, I'm taking the Mustang up to Indiana and driving down to Ft Walton Beach on a charity rally to help with MS research. Along the way I'll be taking laps around Talladega Speedway and Drag Racing at a strip in Kentucky! The event will be televised and in print. This is not necessarily a race, and we won't be breaking any laws or speed limits, as it is for charity. Anything will help, guys and girls.

Here's a video from the rally last year:

I’m taking part in the Rally North America "2012 Rally Dixie" to raise money for ACCELERATED CURE PROJECT INC - please make a donation by visiting my FirstGiving page:

Where's pics of your car? Nevermind I see it. Was hoping it was a SC.

Looks like fun. I'll see what I can scrape up for you.

I had an XR7 and an SC many moons ago. Couldn't afford them as a poor colleg kid. All of the more experienced (translated: older) guys on here told me if I kept driving like an ~~~, I'd break it. Happened twice.

Now, the mustang does fine, but I still have my T-bird logo tattooed into my back. Literally.

Thank you, Chris!

Plus, taking an SC on that journey would mean a trail truck pulling a donor car on a trailer!
