blower pulley size what is it?

hey guys one last thoguth i got my blower used it was slightly ported runs great. I also have a 10% jackshaft so i want to be sure my blower pulley isnt more then a 5% is there a way to tell from measuring them...any input is appreciated

Here is what I have for pulley diameters,

89-93 3.125"
94-95 3.275"
5% 2.968"
10% 2.8125"


I would use a caliper to measure, or use a piece of string to get circumference then calculate that out for the diameter.
