Not directly. One way is to cut the bellhousing off the trans case and then use a J.W. Performance Ultra-Bell #92454AOD. Theoretically, one of the upper tier Lentech versions should be able to handle a moderate 460 but it seems almost no one really knows how they hold up because those that build engines over 500hp tend to favor the old three speeds or go to something manual.
