Have a few misc. questions

Ok ive recently supercharged my Mitsubishi 3000gt recently with one of the m90 superchargers off a tbird (thats why im here ) and i have a few questions for you guys since you know the sc and tbirds better then me.

1. ok i read that i have the early model SC with the oval inlet and read that the newer inlet (square one) will flow way better then any early type inlet(oval) that is ported to the max without buying a aftermarket house housing?? is this true just want some confirmation of what im reading....
OK confirmed

2. can the late style sc housing (square) be ported any and is it worth the trouble??Anyone have any type of data on this like before and after (heat readings, dyno , track #'s)
OK confirmed

3.What PSI is the SC efficient at with a square inlet and an oval and also with and without an intercooler (im running no intercooler of any type as of now but seeing if its worth it but im pretty sure it is)
All info i need has been supplied already

4.What is the stock psi on thunderbirds??

5.what size is the crank pulley on tbirds?
6.99"

6.i suspect a coupler being the culprit but im not positive if its that any more. ok this is what it is doing. when i give it to much clutch and not enough gas and the car feels like stalling(normal for all manual cars) i get a loud rattling noise coming form the SCer ? but at normal idle and driving i have no noise??

7.How effective is an intercooler on this supercharger??
Got all i need for this question

8.what is the price for just the housing (no snout or rotors) for the late style (square) inlet run used on the forms?? and how much for a oval inlet one? reason asking is i cut off a mounting thingy off the side of the supercharger and im going to re design it a little and need it back so i need a new housing.

9.i was reading that a GTP rotor pack will be a nice upgrade for the tbird m90 because they have a certain type of coating on the rotor right? and will this fit in the square inlet housing with the GTP rotor pack with the oval inlet snout??(not including the pin relocation for the GTP rotor pack)??

10.How is the low end power and top end power on this supercharger??
Got this too

11.is there a difference if i put the throttle body before or after the supercharger??

Im pretty sure theres more questions i may need answered as i go along but i will truly appreciate any help in any of the questions i asked.

Car specs
-3.0L 6g72 engine 10:1 compression ratio
-2.5" exhaust and downpipe with a strait pipe (no cats)
-m90 sc with oval inlet (running 5psi with no intercooler)
-Pluged SC silencer ports and still cant get the loud whine im looking for
-safcII
-360CC injectors
-255 walbro fuel pump
-AEM uego wideband

Here is my setup

1. Yes 94/95 are better than 89-93

2. Yes

3. I hear with no IC 6-8 PSI is about all should do.

7. Very I'm running 16 PSI, with no detention, using a Double IC.

10. The M90 is biased more on the low end but on our engine flows fine to 5000 engine RPM, since our heads don't flow well beyond 5k I don't know any more info.

This is just a start, there are people with much more and better info than me.

I'm going to do it cause I know a lot of people want to here (even though I like a quick answer from people more), but you need to try the search function because you have a lot of questions that have been answered here already.

anyway...good luck and looks sweet!

also a couple of things about the whine of the SC...I could be wrong about this but...

your intake tube is long and has 2 90* bends

and having the SC shoot directly into the intake and not out into an IC might also quiet it down.

You have 10:1 compression...I dont think Id go higher then 6psi or so on pump gas even with an IC. That's allot of heat.

The square port can get whats called an S port don eto it. You have a custom inlet I guess? With these blowers the least restriction before the inlet the better.

I;d say whatever you do Id look into meth/water injection of some sort to increase octane and cool down the charge

What PSI are you getting now?

Well as of now im running pump piss water gas, 360cc injectors, 2.5" supercharger pulley, 4.67" Crank, 4 rib belt, I think around 64mm tb(Stock), oval inlet supercharger (no porting done). running about 5psi tops

My plan was to

- incorporate a FMIC into the intake system
- Get a Very big crank pulley with 6 ribs
-get a sc pulley with 6 ribs
-get a new sc housing (square)
-get the GTP rotors and modify them for tbird m90
-Bigger TB maybe 90mm or is there a better option?
-incorporate a bypass valve into my setup
-Port supercharger some
-Another walbro 255 fuel pump
-run e85 fuel
-plan on keeping 2.5" exhaust but will i get any benefits from a 3"??

im not sure what psi i will get because i will need to calculate it all out but im looking for like 12 or so psi
