I have a Cd player that's about 3 years old and want to get a changer for it. So what compatable units are out there?

All I remember was that they never made their own head units, then again that was going on 16 years ago (back then not even Alpine made their own stuff) so who knows they might actually make their own stuff now. I seem to remember that there was another manufacturer that was compatible with RF head units, but can’t remember for the life of me who it was.
