i have to DL a new program for the tuner board and all i have is a desktop with too short of a data link
i finally put the pcm back in the kick panel and i'm a lazy guy LOL
don't want to pull it back out cause i have the data cable in a nice safe spot
can't drive the SC right now cause she be rattling,me and fred got a little greedy with the tune
so all i can do today is wash it which it needs VERY badly

Hey Chuck,

I dunno what kind of processor the tuner needs, but I have an old 486/100 laptop which you can have if it'll work. As far as I know, it works fine with the exception of the built in mouse-pointer thingee (cable ripped inside) so you'd need to use an external mouse or the keyboard. Its been sitting around for like 3 years now waiting for a good home

Chuck take the laptop Russ is offering it will work fine for what you need.
Plus if it gets dropped or run over ect. your out no money.

Chuck - is there any rush? I'm away again this weekend but should have time one day next week with enough advance notice.

BTW: Looking thru my crap here, I found a bunch of games on 3.5" disks (OMG) - one football and one driving one. Doom, Duke NukeEm and I think Quake are already on it. The more junk you decide to take, the more space I get back in my closet, and in return, the less time you have to see Micah tossing his cookies at Carlisle this year...

Fine by me - I'm off to be killed by some rednecks in CT tonight... hopefully, I can escape to Foxwoods before they can find me and jack me up I'll be back late Sunday night so anytime after that is cool.
