Has high miles but all highway, has been impecabbly maintained (oil changed every 2,500 miles) and has many new parts, including clutch. I don't have a denon audio system in the car but it is the best stock system you could get at the time, (preimium sound system), I'm located in New Rochelle, NY if your interested. Ron
