seat belt trac

I know this has been brought up a 1000 times but can the trac or the plastic tape part be replaced seprate? Its a 91 sc by the way
Mine has ripped of of the belt fastner and the motor kept running and broke the trac. Not repairable. Thanks Mark J.

I've replaced mine about three times. Usually the plastic worm gear in the motor strips out. I have only replaced the entire assembly when this happens. Try to find one at an auto wreckers.
