ROLE CALL FOR CARLSBAD

link to the info

i will be there, more than likely so will lolo unless she would rather go to some other party the same day. i have bought one of the code scanners that mercury had at irwindale from manny and will be taking it with me. it beeps and flashes so it works just as well as the paper clip thing except its audio too. depending on wether or not i get to the mall next week after finals, i will try and get at least a few stickers of the design i have created. bring your kicking boots because it is going to be tbk's b day. i will be running the car unless something happens to it from now until then (knock on wood).

who else will be joining me and lolo? i think nate dogg will be with us and mark (both from northern cali, but i am not too sure)

Hope to

My wife and I along with our bone stock 5 sp hope to be there. I'm not sure I will run. It would be rather embarrassing to watch you guys burn it up only to have me in the 93 fight for a mid 15. I'll be there to wrench for anybody who needs it though.

Tips

Gates open at 1:00, but to get a decent pit spot, I'd recommend getting there by noon.

If arriving before 1:00, exit off Palomar Airport Road onto BUSINESS PARK DRIVE, then go RIGHT (not LEFT toward the track) at the stoplight onto Poinsettia Ave. There should be a long line of cars at the curb waiting for the track to open. Continue on Poinsettia to the end of the line, make a U-turn and pull in behind the last car in line.

The paved pit area at the top of the hill is for those racing and is pretty limited space. The less elegant pits are for the spectators.

Hope to see lots of you there!

~~~
i pulled codes today to see if i coud diagnose a symptom and tps has low voltage...its been falling on its face a lot lately when i want to punch it and id feel uncomfortable running it. id like to make it but with so many of the members not making it and given the condition of my tires and now the friggin codes, i think i will sit this one out and wait until an early july meet in irwindale... this will give me time to get rubber and get a tps so i can spank ron like a little girl
sorry guys, see you all on the boards
al
tbk, let me know how i can borro those "things" from you..a self adressed stamped envelope maybe?
merc, you got a spare tps laying around?
Unhappy
Sorry, won't be able to make it. My SC is in pieces... well, I don't have any gauges right now. I'm waiting for a new set of reverse indi-glows in the mail (last ones lasted 5 days)
