Break in Ring and Pinion Gears?

probably a dumb question but oh well. I got 3:27's out of a 2002 STANG with 30k miles on it.

Do i still need to break these gears in? Also what else should i replace during the install? What gear oil is recommended?

I like to get all the parts ready before starting.
