In general, when someone says that they will sell you something for a certain price, don’t you expect THAT price to be charged or at worst they tell you that the price has changed prior to charging you the money?
I personally think they should honor there quote. Am I off base with this? I am asking because I have an issue with a vendor that supplied me some parts for my SC. No, I’m not going to name them if this gets resolved. Long story short, I ordered two kits from a company, when they arrived I checked the receipt and it stated that one kit was sent. But, I was charged for what I was told two kits would cost. When I asked why, I was told that they made a mistake (actually the person never even admitted to making a mistake). How would you feel? What would you do? |

Hmmmm Well if the price that you eneded up paying for one kit was way high..Get your money back and buy elswhere..
If what you ended up paying was average or a decnt deal..Then you still got a deal...Seems most likely a communication error here... If something sounds to good to be true..It usually is

Yep, what he said.
If they won't honor the original price, or there's no documentation of that transaction, return it in the same packaging. That way there's no question that you used it first. Go elsewhere if you found it somewhere else for less. IMO, if they saw there was a discrepancy in the price or quantity, they should have called you before sending it, but communications problems do happen. |
