SVT cobra rims on the bird?

i have a 95 Tbird and was lookign at getting the 2004 SVT cobra rims? Would they fit? I don't want to get any replicas i want the real ones as they are lighter. If they won't fit which high end factory rims will?

Nope they wont fit unless you do a Mustang Swap, we have a 4.25 and im pretty sure they have a 4.5. Do a search of the forums you will get all the answers you are lookin for.

nope they won't fit. I know there are some sites out there that'll sell 'em with the right bolt pattern so they'll fit a T-Bird. I want to do the exact same thing to my 1995. Good taste!

What's a mustang swap? Are there any factory lightweight wheels or aftermarket that will fit?

There's your best advice ... please don't make us old guys type everything out for the 100th time !!

Wheel & tire upgrades, and Mustang bolt pattern conversion swaps, have been discussed many times in these forums.

cheers,
Ed N.

Hey Ed, why not make us jealous and post a pic.... I'll save you the trouble.

Here is Ed's 95 SC w/ the 03 SVT Cobra wheels. I like! Too bad they are all black from brake dust.

That photo was taken on the track at Shannonville. The car usually sits pretty much level front to back, it's just the way the suspension was loaded going through that corner in the photo, making the car appear higher on the back.

cheers,
Ed N.
