Anyone have luck with Radiato additive?

like a cooling system treatment. There are a few products out there like enginkool, greased lightning, ice water... i thought i might try one, and i just wanted to know if anyone else with a coupe used the stuff, and had luck with it.

My car hates the stop and go traffic of california, and it tends to go near the middle mark, real fast, so i thought i may add this in until i can find a new radiator that cools better.

I used the royal purple "purple Ice" here in the New Mexico Summer and it works pretty good. It works better with water than it does antifreeze so you should be good if you already have a 50/50 mix. The only downside is I can't get my car to warm up in the winter even with cardboard on the radiator!

Water wetter works good too. You can get royal purple at Napa and pep boys usually carries water wetter.

I put in one gallon of the premixed along with 1/2 gal of antifreeze, and 1/2 gal of water. The stuff in the quart cans is a concentrate. It mixes with 1 1/2 gal of water and the rest antifreeze. Antifreeze messes up it's cooling ability so don't use much.
