Replacement Tensioner Idler Pulleys

You can use Ford part number YS-233.  This is a 3 inch steel idler pulley instead of the original 2 7/8 plastic pulley.

Use the old bolt without the old washer.  You can replace all 3 tensioner idler pulleys using this part.

Dayco offers a slightly wider pulley that you may also use.

Dayco 89005 2 7/8" is direct replacement for supercharger belt idler.

Dayco 89007 3" will provide more tension for supercharger belt.
