No it does'nt flake off if you make sure the surface is properly preped. Those guy's supply most of the big coatings applicators with there coatings. Remove all your masking materials before bakeing, just be very carefull as the coatings are fragile until baked. I've used that stuff on MX bike...

Yes the AOD unit has a HP heat exchanger installed. The top hose nipple is just a tad larger in diameter than the stocker because you cant get nipples the same diameter as the stock SC.(there an oddball size) However the stock hoses fit just fine. With the MP FMIC version of the rad you will...

Yeah 140 is a little steep. The boneyard pulled the motor I bought for the $75 I paid. They pulled it with the 5 speed tranny still attached but they wanted $300 for the tranny so they got to keep it.

All depends on what its worth to you actualy. I paid $75 for a 92 SC engine just as you described from a boneyard. Dont act too interested and point out that the blower and such is gone. ;)

Randy I think all of them do if I'm not mistaken. I do know you run into a problem with the Cobra pumpkins because of the # of axle splines, but I believe you're safe as long as you stay with an MN12(which that Lincoln is) platform. :)
