Solved!! About a month ago, after work at 7am I got the '95 SC I bought off ebay, installed the throttle body and she runs damn good again. I'll have to figure out what was the root cause in the throttle body, I had new gaskets. Bad sensor(s)? Leak past the TPS? Been driving it for over a month...

I ended up plugging the EGR with the block off plate from bill at scp, I used a small bolt that fit perfectly into the exhaust and had a perfect fit to cover the hole and for the nut to tighten it down. Solved that issue, a have a high idle issue but otherwise it's running ok with it. Check...
